THE MINDFUL MOM SUPPORT GROUP

Starts on October 2nd!

Starting in October 2nd of 2017, Let’s Get Mentally Fit will start facilitating a FREE support group for any mom or expectant mom who is experiencing anxiety and/or depression or is just extremely overwhelmed. This 90 minute session will be held every Monday, for six weeks, and be a time for moms to release, get some much needed support and leave a little more refreshed than when they entered the room. Women will learn how to manage their families while being more mindful of themselves.

Lower stress levels
Reduce anxiety and depression
Learn effective coping strategies
Learn about the art of self-care
Learn conflict and time management skills
Learn how to set healthy boundaries
Receive genuine support
