THE MINDFUL MOM SUPPORT GROUP

COMING IN OCTOBER

Starting in October of 2017, Let’s Get Mentally Fit will start facilitating a FREE support group for any mom or expectant mom who is experiencing anxiety and/or depression or is just extremely overwhelmed. This 2-hour session will be a time for moms to release, get some much needed support and leave a little more refreshed than when they entered the room. Women will learn how to manage their families while being more mindful of themselves. ┬áHealthy food and childcare will be provided.
