  1. My 16 year old daughter has a history of really bad anxiety and has been diagnosed and treated for anorexia. I have noticed that her anxiety is starting to resurface again.   3. I recently retired and have noticed a dramatic change in my sleep. I frequently wake up in the middle of the night and have a hard time falling back to sleep.   4. I’ve often heard that sleep patterns, “insomnia” can be linked to how quickly one loses weight. With that said, I tend to workout 4 nights a week on average and some nights sleep very well.
