We’ve heard plenty of people say “I can’t take the pledge because I am not mentally fit.” Taking the pledge, however, is not about already being mentally fit. It’s about making a commitment to yourself and the effort to sleep better, eat better, think better and feel better. Mental fitness, like any other fitness journey, is a process and taking the pledge simply means you have chosen (oh, the power of choice) to commit to the process of getting mentally fit.
We pledge to:
- Eat healthier
- Exercise 30 minutes per day
- Talk to someone when we’re feeling overwhelmed
- Be kind to ourselves
- Do not compare ourselves to others
- Forgive ourselves more
- Simply be ourselves
- Meditate and Pray
- Invite at least 2 people to join our support system by taking the pledge with us.
