I’m allergic to dairy products, so I must find a substitute for the Greek yogurt. However, my cousin Nichole Cruz (fitness trainer, clean food addict and all around fly chick) of Cruz Reviews, posted this Skinny Chicken Salad recipe on her website and I have got to try it! I’d love to hear/see your reviews, if any of you readers decide to try this at home.

Skinny Chicken Salad

• 1 baked chicken breast
• 1/2 c red grapes
• 1/2 c chopped celery
• 1/2 c Greek yogurt (fat free)
• green onions to taste
• salt & pepper to taste
• tsp fresh dill

These measurements are according to taste. Add more or less if you’d like. I seasoned with sea salt/chipotle pepper and walnuts.  Just chop, mix and enjoy!
